We regularly offer one-day, weekend, and longer retreats. Retreats provide longer stretches of
time to focus on taming and training the churning mind. These intense periods of practice
strengthen a person's meditation skill, generate insight, and create a baseline of happiness from
which to meet the challenges of day-to-day life. Wise and loving hearts, grounded in equanimity, come in very
handy when navigating the tumult that is such a part of our contemporary world.
